Who am I
I am a mother and a researcher, both roles mean everything to me, and they go hand in hand.
As a mother, going through pregnancy and all the changes this led to I started to wonder how my changes in emotions, in what I ate and how I slept could change how my daughter developed in the womb. When she was born, changes didn't stop there, as she brought a lot of emotional changes for me, but she was now also having her own emotions, eating and sleeping behaviors, which I knew were all important components of her growth. This is exactly how the PsyNBIOsis project came to life as I wanted to understand exactly how a mother and a very young child's emotions, food choices, eating and sleeping behaviors could influence growth, so I put pen to paper and developed PsyNBIOsis. After 3 long years of perfecting the project and completing all of the administrative paperwork, the PsyNBIOsis project saw light.
